4- MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN PDVSA AND ENARSA

With the objective of establishing the framework and principles within which the parties will develop a project in the field of hydrocarbons, which will include the exploration, exploitation, refinement, industrialization, transport and commercialization of crude and derived products in the Republic of Argentina. The Memorandum will also provide the space to create a form of association that results convenient to the parties and that facilitates the exchange of information.

With the objective of strengthening hospital infrastucture by installing lifts for vertical transport in Venezuelan hospitals.
